Brackley is a pleasant small market town situated in the very south of Northamptonshire just a few miles from Silverstone Grand Prix circuit and is home the famous Mercedes Petronas F1 team.

The Brackley Soapbox Derby began during the tenure of the 2003/04 Town Mayor as a small charity event to raise funds for his nominated charities and still today continues to support the current Town Mayors chosen charitable fund raising efforts. The event is very much family orientated and we encourage entries from the under 15 group to come along and enjoy the day.
